RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Depending on the circumstances of the return, you may be required to pay the return shipping fee in advance. If applicable and approved, this shipping cost will be refunded together with the product price once the returned item has been received and successfully inspected at our warehouse.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable goods.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items, unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase following our return procedure. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, complete, and in its original packaging whenever reasonably possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Where applicable, any approved prepaid return shipping fee will be refunded together with the purchase price of the product.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
